1. What cannabis equipment do you offer for rent?
We currently offer rentals for:
Ardent FX – A decarboxylation and infusion machine for making cannabis-infused oils, butters, milks, and creams ($70/day).
NugSmasher Mini – A heat press for making solventless cannabis concentrates ($70/day).
Zenco Vaporizer – A sleek, tabletop vaporizer designed for smooth and flavorful cannabis consumption ($30/week or $100/month).
2. Who can rent equipment from Green Dragon Wellness?
Anyone 21 years or older with a valid government-issued ID can rent equipment. Rentals are available to residents in [ within 60 miles of Attleboro, MA, currently only available in MA and RI].
3. How does the rental process work?
Browse & Select – Choose the equipment you’d like to rent.
Book & Pay – Complete your rental request online and you will receive a confirmation email with deposit and delivery fee invoice. The balance of the rental is due at delivery.
Delivery – We will deliver the equipment directly to your location, and collect the balance of your rental fee.
Enjoy & Return – Use the equipment during your rental period, and we will pick it up when your rental ends.
4. Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
No, we do not offer customer pick-up or drop-off services at this time. All rentals are delivered and picked up directly from your location.
5. How long can I rent the equipment?
Ardent FX and NugSmasher Mini rentals are for 24 hours at a time ($70/day).
Zenco Vaporizer rentals are available for weekly or monthly periods ($30/week or $100/month).
Weekend rental rates for the Ardent FX and NugSmasher Mini are 20% higher due to increased demand.
If your pickup time is more than 24 hours from your drop-off time, additional fees may apply.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash.

Yes. A non-refundable security deposit, as well as a delivery fee whish is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies by equipment.
Rental Booking & Confirmation
9. How do I know my rental is confirmed?
Once you submit a request, we will review availability and send a confirmation email with an invoice to pay your deposit.
10. When is the deposit due?
The deposit must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental to secure your booking. If the deposit is not received on time, your rental may be canceled.
Pickup, Late Fees & Additional Charges
11. How does equipment pickup work?
Green Dragon Wellness handles all equipment pickups at the end of your rental period. Please have the equipment clean and ready at the agreed-upon pickup time.
12. What if the equipment is not ready at pickup time?
If the equipment is not ready at the scheduled pickup time, additional fees may be charged. Please ensure all rented equipment is fully cleaned and prepared before pickup to avoid extra charges.
13. What if my rental period extends beyond 24 hours?
Ardent FX and NugSmasher Mini rentals are for 24-hour periods. If your pickup time is later than 24 hours from your drop-off time, additional fees may apply.
Zenco Vaporizer rentals are available for week-long or month-long periods and must be returned on the agreed-upon date to avoid additional fees.

14. Do you provide instructions on how to use the equipment?
Yes! Each rental comes with a detailed user guide. We also offer optional one-on-one tutorials for an additional fee.
15. Can I clean the equipment myself before returning it?
Yes! We ask that you wipe down and remove any plant material before returning the equipment.
The Ardent FX is dishwasher safe, except for the base.
A cleaning fee may apply if the item is returned excessively dirty.
16. What if the equipment malfunctions during my rental period?
Please contact us immediately. If the issue is due to normal wear and tear, we’ll replace the item or offer a refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
17. Can I cancel my rental reservation?
Yes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
18. What if I change my mind after renting?
Once the equipment is delivered, we cannot offer refunds unless the equipment is defective.
